This Privacy Policy explains how GiftCardHawk (operated by Labelle Digital LLC, "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email and any details you submit (finder searches, rate-alert signups, buy-back requests, orders, contact messages). If you create an account, your password is stored only as a salted hash. We never see it.
• Order information: the brand, denomination, amount, chosen payment method, and a reference for orders. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers or bank credentials on this website; payment is arranged separately through PayPal, ACH, or Zelle. Any gift-card codes we deliver to you are encrypted at rest.
• Verification information: for larger or higher-risk transactions we may collect identity or proof-of-ownership documents as described in our AML Policy. We keep these only as long as needed.
• Usage data: standard server logs and first-party event data about how the site is used (e.g. which brands and amounts are searched), used to operate and improve the Services and to follow up on your requests.

Cookies & tracking

We use only the cookies needed to run the site, for example to keep you signed in and to protect forms against abuse. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your browsing activity with ad networks. Any analytics we run are first-party and privacy-light (we don't need to profile you to count a page view).

How we use your information

• Operate the Services: the comparison, Deal Finder, alerts, orders and buy-back.
• Communicate with you about your requests, alerts, and orders.
• Prevent fraud and money laundering, and keep the Services secure.
• Market our own and related services we think you'll find useful. You can opt out at any time.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, email delivery, notifications, payment facilitation) under confidentiality obligations, for legal or safety reasons, or in connection with a business transfer, always subject to this Policy.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Order and verification records may be kept longer where the law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from marketing emails, by contacting support@giftcardhawk.com. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as to know, delete, correct, or restrict processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them, which we honor as required by law.

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of delivered gift-card codes at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
