The terms for using this site, including buying, selling, refunds and disputes.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and GiftCardHawk, operated by Labelle Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our"), governing your use of our website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
We compare gift-card rates, help you find the cheapest way to buy an amount, sell a limited selection of gift cards directly, and buy certain gift cards back. We are an independent business and are not your broker, agent, bank, or financial advisor.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Rates, discounts, availability, and any figures the Deal Finder shows are estimates based on data that changes constantly and are not guaranteed. A rate being shown is not a promise it will remain available. You are responsible for verifying any deal before you act on it.
For most brands we link you to independent third-party marketplaces we don't operate or control. How the site is funded is set out in the Disclosure. Your purchase there is governed by that marketplace's own terms, and we're not responsible for their products, pricing, or conduct.
Before a code is delivered, you may cancel your order and we'll refund anything you've paid. Email us with your reference code. Once a code has been delivered, the sale is final, because gift-card codes cannot be returned once revealed, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. If a code we deliver is invalid or was already redeemed before you received it, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
Any offer we make for cards you submit is an estimate and may be revised or withdrawn after we verify the card and its balance. Submitting a request does not obligate either party until an offer is accepted and the card is verified. You represent that you lawfully own any card you sell us and that it was obtained legally; we may require proof of ownership as described in our AML Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Services, and not to buy or sell gift cards you do not lawfully own or that were obtained through fraud. We run anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks (see our AML Policy), and we may verify your identity or the source of a card, set limits, and cancel, refuse, delay, or report any order or request we find suspicious.
Because payment is arranged manually, please use your reference code so we can match it quickly. If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. We usually resolve it faster than a dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a code that was validly delivered and used may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Sephora, or any brand or marketplace referenced on the Services. All product names, brands, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the parties submit to the state and federal courts located in Florida, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@giftcardhawk.com.
